Dear Fellow Democrat,
A reminder you may not have needed! But it is time to return your ballot! The General Election deadline is Tuesday, November 5, which is less than a week away!
Don't forget postage is pre-paid on your mail-in ballots! If you are mailing, best practice is to have the ballot in your mailbox by Friday, giving it ample time to meet the Tuesday post mark deadline. As always, you can still vote by dropbox (which has always been free), please see the following lnks to find the closest dropbox to you: Pierce County Dropbox Locations and King County Dropbox Locations.
Being an off year for federal postions many may overlook this election, but we all know local elections are where change starts! Please encourage your friends and neighbors to vote along with you, and inform them about our candidates if possible! There are lots of little things we can still do to increase voter turnout. Remember: when voter turnout increases, Democrats win!
For your convenience, below you will find a list of all candidates, initiatives, and propositions in the General Election that have been endorsed by the 31st District Democrats.

Your 2019 General Election Guide
Below is a list of all the candidates, initiatives, and propositions in the November 5th General Election that received endorsement from the 31st Legislative District Democrats. Please note the following things:
- Candidates who received our endorsement but who were eliminated in the August Primary Election, or those who subsequently suspended their campaigns, are not listed below.
- Detailed information about our endorsement process can be found in our bylaws (Article VI, especially sections 2 and 4).
- Not all of our endorsed candidates may appear on your ballot; our Legislative District intersects with multiple Congressional, County, and other Municipal districting boundaries.
- Not all elections on your ballot may be covered by our endorsements. For assistance with these, we recommend Fuse Washington’s Progressive Voters Guide, which makes recommendations and lists endorsements and supporters, and may help you make your decision.
