Dear Fellow Democrat,

We hope to see you at our next general meeting: Wednesday, February 24th, 7 PM, on Zoom.

This month's agenda will include a visit from Andrea Robertson, candidate for King County Superior Court Judge. Robertson's information may be reviewed online, under pending endorsements. We will also receive a legislative update from the office of Congresswoman Kim Schrier and hear from Hillary Haden, Executive Director of the Washington Fair Trade Coalition.

At this meeting we will consider signing on to a letter to President Biden regarding the WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS). Review the draft letter here.

Are you a member of the 31st?

Annual dues are $31 per calendar year, and are a significant portion of our operating budget. While our general meetings are open to all, only dues-paying members have voting privileges. Reduced dues are available in limited income situations that include, but aren’t limited to veteran, senior and/or student status, with a minimum of $5 that ensures full rights and privileges.
