We do hope you'll attend as our meeting is packed, as usual! State Senator (LD1) Bob Hasegawa will be starting the meeting off with a presentation on the prospect and benefits related to the implementation of a State Bank in WA. We also have numerous candidates asking for our endorsement at this meeting, and our local 31st LD candidates will be stopping by to check-in and give us an update on their campgains.
Please see below for more details, and our website for a complete AGENDA. See you Wednesday!

Lastly this month, our body will be asked to take a stance on I-1776. This initiative is taking on the fight of overturning a 1998 law that bans preferences in public contracting, education, and public employment. To read all the details, as well as sign the vitrual petiton for November ballot inclusion, please see our website.
And as always, if you find yourself needing help accessing our virtual meetings, please reach out as needed to comminucations chair, Tamara Stramel. Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

Reduced dues are available in limited income situations that include, but aren’t limited to: veteran, senior and/or student status, with a minimum of $5 that ensures full rights and privileges.
