Dear Fellow Democrat,
Happy Day after the Election!
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday our general meeting this month will be a week earlier than normal. Please join us Wednesday November 16th at 7pm on Zoom. Pre-register and receive a reminder email, or join once in progress at this MEETING LINK.
Our focus this meeting will be discussing the upcoming biennial Re-organization meeting. King County Chair Shasti Conrad and Pierce County Chair Kathy Orland will be joining us to help answer any questions PCOs and voting members may have before this important event. Additionally, the Executive Board voted to bring the issue of whether our reorg meeting will be in-person, virtual, or a hybrid to the membership. We will need to make this decision at this meeting for the additional planning of either option to be completed in a timely manner.
Candidates will also be joining us to recap all that was learned this season. And for us to say thank you! Hope to see everyone online next Wednesday.

Events to Put on Your Calendar:
- Demzapalooza - Saturday, November 19th - Doors open at 6 p.m. IBEW Hall - 3049 S. 36th, Tacoma Before the holiday season rushes in ~ Join us for a social event to celebrate Democrats! We'll spend time celebrating 2022 elected PCOs and thanking the many volunteers who have served our local Democratic Organizations over the last two years! We'll celebrate 2022 Local, County, State and Federal Candidates! We hope to introduce candidates ready to step up in leadership roles, County Dems and Legislative Districts Organizations. Please let us know you're attending by filling out the form at and click on Demzapalooza. There are also opportunities to sign up to help with logistics. Please RSVP by November 12th.

Are you a member of the 31st?
Annual dues are $31 per calendar year, and are a significant portion of our operating budget. While our general meetings are open to all, only dues-paying members have voting privileges. Reduced dues are available in limited income situations that include, but aren’t limited to veteran, senior and/or student status, with a minimum of $5 that ensures full rights and privileges.
